You must provide your first name or reasonable alias, a valid e-mail address, and the country you reside in. All fields with asterisks (*) are required.
Having a website is not required. However if you do have one and want it to be linked on the memberslist, you have to link back to this fanlisting with either a code or text link on your website.
If you're already a listed fan but need to update your information, you may use the update form instead.
